Sentry Personal Protection Employment Requirements:
Please note that all ESI Graduates will be considered.
- Must be legally eligible for employment within the United
States and posess a valid driver's license and a minimum
of a Michigan Concealed Pistol License OR be legally eligible
to obtain a Concealed Pistol License after training. Chauffer's
license a plus but not required All employees must consent
to random drug screening and having a record of their fingerprints
logged with the Michigan State Police
- Prospective Employess must be able to pass all physical
requirements related to the job they are applying for. A
list will be provided during the application process.
- Employees must either posess or be able to obtain NRA
certification in Basic Pistol and Personal Defense in the
Home. (preferred school is Midwest Academy of Target Shooting)
- Must posess or be able to obtain at a MINIMUM basic first
aid and CPR
- Must participate and satifactorily pass 20 hrs of Russian
Systema martial art training which is enty level. Further
training will be required. Head Instructor will be George
Pogacich of Michigan Russian Martial Art and/or students
may elect to travel and train partially with Vladimir Vasiliev
at the Toronto School of Russian Martial Art.
- Prior United States, British, Russian, or other Military
experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to speak more than one language will also be considered
in overall application.
- Further training that will not be listed as public information
may also be required at the discretion of Sentry Personal
Protection, Inc. depending on the candidate's level of experience.
