a flat 2 dimensional image which provides a limited
60-degree field of view. With this new technology, you
are able to take a 360-degree view of any place, object
or building. This latest technology will give you the
ability to "Be There" without leaving the
comfort of your computer screen. This virtually limitless
technology can help expand a business globally through
the worldwide reaches of the Internet. Our virtual tours
consist of a combination of still photos, 360° panoramas
of your business or property.
 We
use the best digital photographic equipment and we check
our photographs for color, brightness, and clarity before
we leave the scene of a shoot, so you never get a dark,
dreary tour.
Virtual tours can include indoor and outdoor scenes and appear as though the viewer is standing in the center of a scene and looking around. We use the most sophisticated virtual tour software and viewer on the market.
For every tour we create, we provide you with the tour
itself and all photos from the tour on a custom CD-ROM
(2) at no extra charge. These can be used to send to
clients, for brochure photos, showing the tour on a
laptop when doing a listing presentation.

appointment.
Smart Design LLC collects
payments by check or cash at the time of
the shooting.
Credit Card orders will be invoiced via
email for online payment processing.
Cancellations must be made
at least 24 hours prior to scheduled photography
date.
Cancellations not made at least 24 hours
prior to scheduled photography date
will be subject to a $20.00 cancellation
fee, due prior to rescheduling.
If a tour is needed more
than 25 miles away from Farmington Hills
a travel charge ($15)
will be added to the cost of the tour, unless
a mutual agreement can be
made to compensate the travel.
